A stunning eighteen-hole golf course is situated directly across the lake from this property. It is Arnold Palmer designed, surrounded by water, and one of the prettiest set of links you'll ever play.

The golf course is part of the larger Tims Ford State Park which has miles of beautifully wooded running and biking trails with bicycle rental available (Link).

Huntsville's U.S. Space & Rocket Center features the world's largest space museum and supports a chapter of the U.S. Space Camp; where anyone can "live" the experience of a NASA astronaut.

Dining on the lake is available at the Tims Ford Marina and the Blue Gill Restaurant (dine on a floating patio literally "on the lake").
