Rates: All rates are seasonal and based on length of stay as below:

Summer: Standard rates are $395/day with a three day minimum. A Saturday morning to Friday afternoon rate of $2,200 provides 7 days at a less than 6-day rate. Summer lasts from May 1, to September 30.

Fall: Standard rates are $295/day with a three-day minimum or a one-week (Saturday morning to Friday afternoon) rate of $1,550. Fall season extends from October 1 to November 30.

Spring: Spring rates are identical to the Fall rates but the season extends from March 1 to May 1.

Winter: Water levels in the lake are usually dropped significantly during the winter, but the setting remains beautiful. It is a perfect time for a working corporate retreat or a get-away, intimate weekend. Rates during the Winter are $240/day with a three-day minimum. Winter extends from December 1, to February 28.

Amenities and Services Provided:

All linens and towels are provided. The house has a washer and drier for your convenience. After you leave the house will be professionally cleaned without cost to you, but you are expected to carry out all the garbage.

If desired, additional cleaning can be ordered for $100/service as often as needed.

Grocery shopping, chef, bartender services, additional firewood delivery, and concierge services (tee times, dining reservations, tickets, etc.) can be obtained through www.samhatfield.com or through Sam Hatfield Lake Property Management at 931-649-2139.

A $500 damage deposit is required at the time of the rental. The full rental amount is required two weeks prior to the reservation date by mail or can be paid at check-in.

Occupancy cannot be allowed until the rental is paid in full. You will receive a full refund if cancellation is made two weeks prior to rental date. After that time the $500 deposit will be forfeited.

Rules:

Smoking inside the premises is absolutely prohibited. This will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.
Large gatherings or any activities (including loud music) that disturb the neighbors are absolutely prohibited and will result in eviction with forfeiture of the remaining rental.
The renter explicitly agrees to completely cover any and all damages considered outside of reasonable and expected from usage.
All waterfront activities carry an inherent risk. The renter will take all necessary precautions for monitoring children and activities related to the water. The shoreline is natural.
